About the Role
As a Social Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that Case Managers provide necessary support and resources in accordance with CRF, DHS, and OTDA standards. Your duties will include training Case Managers, monitoring their work, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with the Social Services team to develop service plans. You will also assist families in identifying housing resources and provide crisis management services.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
- At least two years of experience in a related field, preferably with multi-problem families.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in CARES.
- Experience working in a shelter setting and/or with high-risk families.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with housing vouchers and SOI regulations.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with community-based providers.
- Excellent analytical, evaluative, and human service management skills.
