About the Role
As a Social Services Technician III, you will be responsible for maintaining individual medical records, participating in goal planning, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with agency policies. You will also conduct face-to-face visits with individuals on your caseload and provide guidance to instructors on activity development and behavior management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a social services related field and one year experience in a social services related position, or a high school diploma (or GED) and three years of full-time experience in social services delivery.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills; able to lift 50 pounds; able to complete Crisis Intervention training; able to use a computer; maintain a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance.
Preferred:
- A Human Services Bachelor degree.
- Knowledge of agency, community, and institutional resources and referral processes.
