About the Role
As a Social Work Supervisor, you will work closely with the Program Director to manage the day-to-day operations of the prevention program. Your responsibilities will include handling case-related crises, collaborating with various service providers, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with agency policies. You will also coordinate intake assessments, facilitate case consultations, and maintain documentation and data management.
About You
Required:
- Master's in Social Work or a related field.
- Three years of related supervisory experience in a child welfare setting.
Preferred:
- NYS Licensure (LMSW, LMHC, LCAT).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- SBC Certified as a Supervisor or Worker.
