About the Role
As a Social Worker - Hospice, you will provide medical social services under the direction of a physician and Interdisciplinary Group. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients in developing coping mechanisms, supervising and mentoring other social workers, and contributing to the development of relevant policies and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree from a school of Social Work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education.
- 1 year social work experience in a health care setting.
- LMSW - Licensed Medical Social Worker - State Licensure Upon Hire.
- CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation Upon Hire.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
