Summary
Pillar Care Continuum is seeking a Social Worker for their Early Intervention Program to provide family-focused support and educational services to infants and toddlers in East Hanover, NJ.
About the Role
As a Social Worker in the Early Intervention Program, you will conduct evaluations and ongoing assessments, develop Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) outcomes, refer families for additional services, assist families in accessing resources, complete documentation, collaborate with teams, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in professional development.
About You
Required:
- Licensed or certified as a Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety.
- Knowledge of social work principles and NJ Early Intervention regulations.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and children (birth to age three) with developmental delays.
- Strong understanding of child development, early intervention strategies, and individualized learning plans.
