About the Role
As a Social Worker MSW- PAH, you will assess hospice patients' psychosocial, financial, environmental, and community needs, provide direct and indirect social services support, and offer crisis intervention and counseling. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, attend meetings, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing hospice operations.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree from an accredited School of Social Work.
- Washington Advanced Social Worker License or equivalent for the respective state.
Preferred:
- 1 year of post-Master’s experience in a health care setting (WA/TX).
- 2 years of supervised, post-Master’s experience in a psychiatric or other health care setting (AK).
