Summary
Thryv is seeking a Software Account Executive to join their team in a remote capacity, specifically for candidates residing in Grand Rapids. The role focuses on increasing client engagement and expanding the SaaS client base through new sales.
About the Role
As a Software Account Executive, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing clients and identifying new client opportunities to meet sales quotas. Your tasks will include contacting assigned clients, presenting additional sales opportunities, executing operational processes, and participating in sales meetings and training.
About You
Required:
- Direct sales experience required, preferably in a SaaS role or company.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office.
- Associate's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience required.
Preferred:
- Entry level (1-3 years of experience) or senior level (3+ years of experience) candidates are welcome.
- Industry knowledge with the ability to understand the Thryv product suite.
- Time and organization skills to manage multiple priorities.
