About the Role
As a Software and Infrastructure Radar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development, integration, and maintenance of naval software and firmware baselines. Your daily tasks will include overseeing Jira workflows, managing ClearCase and Git repositories, authoring Field Bulletins and Software Version Descriptions (SVDs), and coordinating software releases for testing and validation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as the primary point of contact for baseline-related inquiries.
About You
Required:
- Active Secret Clearance; US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in software development, baseline management, or related roles.
- Expertise in Jira and related agile project management tools.
- Experience with radar systems or other mission-critical software applications.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
- Knowledge of LBTS environments, system testing, and field deployment processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of DoD software development lifecycle and documentation standards.
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Configuration Management.
