About You
- Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience with Python and at least one other foundational language (.NET, Java, JavaScript).
- 2+ years experience in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Annapolis, MD.
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using Python and other foundational languages.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Knowledge of best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI.
- Willingness to learn and implement new automation tools and technologies, including RPA and AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $93,200 to $155,400.
