About the Role
As a Software Dev QA (WIFI) Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute test plans for functional, regression, and performance test cases. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address risks, handle customer issues, and provide accurate QA test reports. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining test infrastructure, debugging issues, and ensuring interoperability between Fortinet and third-party devices.
About You
Required:
- 1+ to 6+ years of relevant work experience writing and executing wireless QA test plans.
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with Linux, UNIX, or Windows Operating Systems.
- Good understanding of Networking/Wi-Fi technologies/Protocols such as 11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be.
- Experience designing and running functional, stress/load, and performance tests.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with wireless test tools & analyzers such as Wireshark, Ominipeek, Ixia Veriwave, Chariot, iperf.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and agile methodology.
- Python automation skills.
