About the Role
About You
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex production software issues.
- Experience developing and maintaining Linux distributions for embedded or edge computing environments.
- Experience with ARM architectures including cross-compilation toolchains.
- Knowledge of update systems and partition management.
- Experience integrating device drivers and kernel modules into Linux build systems.
- Knowledge of Rust/C/C++ for system-level programming and Python for automation.
- 3+ years deploying and managing custom Linux solutions at fleet scale.
- Experience with Yocto Project including BitBake and configuration management.
- Experience with fleet management systems and large-scale device orchestration.
- Knowledge of Linux security hardening and secure boot implementations.
- Experience with containerization technologies for edge computing.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and observability tools.
- Experience with open-source Linux projects or embedded systems communities.
- Experience with AWS services for device management.
- Knowledge of robotics systems and warehouse automation.
