Summary
Medpace is seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Information Technology team in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on creating and maintaining test automation code to ensure high-quality software solutions.
About the Role
As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will be responsible for creating new and maintaining existing test automation code, promoting best practices in code health, and working with development and validation teams to identify automation opportunities. You will implement automation regression suites, perform exploratory testing, and track bugs to resolution.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in automation testing and/or software development.
- Experience with black and white box testing.
- Experience with automation platforms like Selenium or Cypress.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in testing web applications and APIs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
