You will ensure all deliverables adhere to timelines, quality, and performance requirements. Your responsibilities include nurturing and growing the engineering team, providing technical guidance, applying best coding practices, and identifying areas for technical improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related area.
- 8+ years of experience in software design, development, and architecture.
- Experience leading a team of at least 8 engineers for more than 3 years.
- Proven experience with software quality tools and processes.
- Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the payments or finance-related industry.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies.
