Summary
JPMorganChase is seeking Software Engineers for multiple positions available in Plano, TX. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing software solutions while participating in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for solving business problems through innovative engineering practices. Your duties will include analyzing requirements, documenting application specifications, troubleshooting application code-related issues, and participating in project planning sessions. You will also take an active role in code reviews and assist with design reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Network Support Engineer, or related occupation.
- Three (3) years of experience with Agile methodologies, designing scalable architectures, developing microservices, and using Java EE frameworks.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Network Support Engineer, or related occupation.
- Experience with AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
