Summary
CACI International Inc is seeking a Software Engineer (JavaScript) to join their team in Omaha, NE. The role involves supporting software development and engineering for Combat Air Force Command and Control and Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer (JavaScript), you will operate in all phases of the application lifecycle, provide design and development expertise for new application development and maintenance, and support the entire product lifecycle including systems engineering, requirement analysis, technical design, system integration, implementation, and deployment. You will work in an agile team environment, utilizing industry-proven design patterns and open-source tools.
About You
Required:
- MUST have an active TS/SCI Clearance
- 3+ years experience with software development (e.g., Java (J2EE), JavaScript, Spring) as part of a development team utilizing strict configuration management practices (e.g., git, Bitbucket, Gitlab, GitHub)
- 1+ years experience with web application development including JavaScript, Node.js, Angular or React
- Intermediate debugging and runtime skills
- Experience with industry standard build, packaging, and deployment tools such as Gitlab, Maven, Yum, NPM, and RPM
Preferred:
- Experience using AGILE SCRUM or other similar methodology (XP)
- Experience in containerization for development and cloud deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack)
- Experience with DevSecOps and/or CI/CD
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful interfaces
- Experience with a major cloud provider (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
- Calibra experience
- Linux experience
