About the Role
As a Software Engineer - 3, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, documenting, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems. Your tasks will include analyzing user requirements, debugging software, integrating existing software into new systems, and developing data queries. You will work with various programming languages and tools, including Java, Python, and RESTful APIs, and will serve as a technical lead for software development teams.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline plus five years of experience as a Software Engineer, or Bachelor's degree plus seven years of experience, or nine years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Experience using the Linux CLI and creating/modifying scripts using Bash/Python.
- Recent software development experience using Java and Python.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and deploying containerized services under Kubernetes.
Preferred:
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools including Confluence and Jira.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Experience programming in RUST.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and automation tools such as Ansible.
