About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems.
- Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot / REST-based services).
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native environments.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience designing systems for scalability, performance, and fault tolerance.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automation.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Working experience with NoSQL data stores (Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.).
- Working experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus / Datadog.
- Working experience with ArgoCD.
- Prior experience working closely with Platform or SRE teams.
