About the Role
As a Software Engineer 2, you will work on a variety of software systems, including processing intensive analytics and real-time systems. You will be responsible for debugging software, integrating existing software into new systems, and developing software solutions using languages such as C, C++, Python, and Java. The position requires collaboration with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and ensure operational specifications are met.
About You
Required:
- TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph.
- Master's degree in computer science or related discipline plus three years of experience as a Software Engineer, or Bachelor's degree plus five years of experience, or seven years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL databases including PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools such as Ansible.
- Experience with Rust programming concepts or willingness to learn Rust.
