About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Business Technology team, you will design, prototype, and build full-stack internal tools for business-critical use cases. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their workflows, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure system reliability while championing best practices in API design and user experience.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years experience building production, full-stack software with a focus on usability.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable internal applications and platforms.
- Proficiency in modern web development technologies such as React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and Go.
- Strong experience with cloud technologies and services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated focus on reliability and iterative improvement.
- Ability to communicate with empathy and understand user needs.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating cross-team to align on requirements and functionality.
- Experience implementing accessibility best practices.
- Experience balancing trade-offs while maintaining security, privacy, and reliability standards.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management tools.
- Ability to coach and mentor other engineers.
- Experience anticipating changing business needs to create technical roadmaps.
