About the Role

As a Software Engineer in Integrity Foundations, you will collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement systems that detect and prevent abuse, promote user safety, and reduce risk across the platform. Your responsibilities will include developing systems to combat financial fraud, botting, and scripting, as well as assisting with incident responses and building new tooling and infrastructure.

About You

Required:

At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience setting up and maintaining production backend services and data pipelines.
Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks.

Preferred:

Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, Python, Postgres, and Kafka.
A humble attitude and eagerness to help colleagues.
A passion for AI Safety in production environments.
