About the Role
As a Software Engineer Lead, you will create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions, propose and design software to address complex business needs, facilitate complex problem resolution, and provide technical guidance and support to colleagues. You will apply modern principles and methodologies to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficient in Kafka producer and consumer API, Kafka Streams, and performance tuning.
- Expertise in Rest APIs and event-driven microservices using Spring Boot or Node.js.
- Strong command of Unix/Linux environments including shell scripting.
Preferred:
- Experience with SQL and optimization in Oracle.
- Familiarity with Accuity Continuity & TRUST integration.
- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and log monitoring.
