As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, modifying, developing, and implementing software applications using Agile methods. You will utilize your expertise in software engineering to analyze environments, ensure solutions are aligned with current architecture, and mentor team members. Your work will involve using the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in software development using Agile methods.
- Experience with Python coding.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or Master's degree and 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
Preferred:
- Experience with C++.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Master’s degree or Doctorate in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
