You will oversee the requirements, design, development, testing, and qualification of F-35 software systems, ensuring adherence to standards and processes throughout the development life cycle. Additionally, you will contribute to major project milestones and coach Agile team members to integrate successfully with Agile Release Trains.
About You
Required:
- Experience in leading software engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred:
- Experience in defense or aerospace software development.
- Proven track record of managing project schedules and budgets.
