About the Role
The Software Engineering Manager will define and communicate the technical strategy and architectural vision for Health Tech SaaS products, oversee integration with customer systems ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations, build and mentor high-performing engineering and AI teams, drive product delivery excellence within timelines and budgets, collaborate across product management, sales, and customer success teams, establish strategic partnerships and lead R&D initiatives, and promote a culture of innovation and operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- Engineering graduate from a renowned and accredited college or university.
- Proven growth from developer to leadership in fast-paced IT product companies.
- Proven track record in defining technical strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and leading successful product delivery.
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven expertise in managing details and balancing multiple projects and tasks.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Understanding of AI technologies and their applications in healthcare.
- Domain knowledge of healthcare data.
- Experience in large-scale customer management.
- Experience with NoSQL, Kafka, big data systems, and microservices.
- Some experience with infrastructure and AWS/Azure cloud.
- Some knowledge and experience of AI/ML.
