About the Role

As a Software Engineering Manager, Machine Learning, you will be responsible for managing high-performing engineers, developing and implementing technical strategies, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and make a meaningful impact on billions of people around the world.

About You

Required:

8+ years of software engineering work experience, or PhD + 4 years, including hands-on technical management.
Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations.
Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels.

Preferred:

Hands-on technical management experience building large scale systems, algorithms, and toolsets within the Machine Learning domain.
