About You
- 8+ years of software engineering work experience, or PhD + 4 years, including hands-on technical management.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical organizations.
- Bachelor of Science/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels.
- Hands-on technical management experience building large scale systems, algorithms, and toolsets within the Machine Learning domain.
