About the Role
As a Software Engineering Manager Sr, you will lead the architecture, roadmap, and operations for FircoSoft platforms, ensuring real-time payments screening and compliance with AML regulations. You will oversee system integrations, manage engineering teams, and drive improvements in screening accuracy and operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 10–15+ years in AML / Financial Crime technology leadership within large, regulated US banks.
- Hands-on leadership experience supporting FircoSoft implementations, specifically in real-time payments and watchlist screening.
- Deep understanding of sanctions compliance (OFAC) and AML screening data.
- Proven experience supporting regulatory exams, audits, and remediation.
Preferred:
- Experience with Actimize for transaction monitoring or case management.
- Familiarity with intelligent automation / RPA platforms for AML.
- Cloud deployment experience in secure, regulated environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- CGSS, CAMS, or equivalent certifications.
