About the Role
As a Software Engineering Program Manager, you will drive large cross-functional efforts to build features from the ground up. This includes defining, scheduling, prioritizing, tracking, measuring, and communicating project status to executive levels. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, removing roadblocks, and facilitating communication between teams, ensuring accountability for schedules and quality of deliverables.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional hardware/software projects.
- Proven experience with platform HW/SW integration, including debug and validation.
- Ability to influence large teams and develop the bigger picture.
- Focused tracking, organizing, and reporting of program risks and timelines.
- Proven creative and critical thinking, collaboration, conflict resolution, and timely issue resolution.
Preferred:
- Experience in leading teams through the software development cycle from concept to delivery.
- Ability to dive into technical details and extract executive summaries.
