About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of experience in product design, test, or sustaining within aviation or other regulated industry.
- Strong experience with embedded software for aerospace applications per DO178 guidelines.
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as C/C++ and Assembly language.
- Experience with software simulators and scripting languages (PERL, VB, ASP, etc.).
- BS in Engineering (Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred).
- Previous experience as a lead or supervisor.
- Demonstrated capabilities for budgeting, planning, and assigning tasks.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and engineering best practices.
