About the Role
As a Software Engineering Technical Lead, you will develop high-quality Go and eBPF code for Cilium OSS and Enterprise, debug and resolve issues in the control plane, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with teams across the US and EMEA. Your role will be pivotal in advancing networking and security solutions in Kubernetes environments.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Go, 2+ years of experience in C or eBPF.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Native workloads, and/or distributed systems.
Preferred:
- Knowledge about Linux systems design, security, and/or networking.
- Desire to write high quality and efficient code.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs.
- A public track record of open-source code commits.
