- 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably in SaaS technical implementations or Veterinary hospital leadership.
- Strong business acumen with experience in software deployment or veterinary practice operations.
- Experience in performance management, mentorship, and coaching.
- Strong technical aptitude for cloud-based software and ability to design workflows through software configuration.
