About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial automation software development, with at least 3 years in project execution.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing software for process control systems.
- Experience with modernization projects, including upgrading legacy control system software.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience with multiple process control platforms (e.g., Valmet D/3, Siemens PCS7, Honeywell Experion).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IIoT, edge computing, or predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMI).
- Certifications such as Emerson DeltaV Implementation, Rockwell Automation Certified Professional, or Project Management Professional.
