About the Role
As a Software Process Engineer, you will work with development teams to integrate standards and best practices into Gen AI tools and workflows. You will lead the organizational adoption of new technologies and processes, partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities for improvement, and analyze metrics to report on progress. Your role will also include supporting staff growth through training and resource development.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a software development organization.
- Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and strong group facilitation skills.
Preferred:
- BA or MA, ideally in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in software development life cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles to get results and build strong relationships.
