About the Role

As a Software Systems Engineer, you will have direct access to cutting-edge infrastructure hardware before it ships to Meta's data centers. You will collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to identify product requirements, contribute to industry standards, troubleshoot distributed systems, and continuously improve processes and methodologies.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
8+ years of programming experience in a relevant programming language.
6+ years of experience building large-scale infrastructure applications.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, or Hack.
Experience leading major initiatives and projects successfully.
Experience in building and shipping high-quality work with high reliability.
Experience in utilizing data and analysis to explain technical problems.

Preferred:

Experience leading Hardware/Software projects in the Manufacturing and Hardware validation space.
Experience leading large scale distributed systems.
