About the Role
As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels, performing electrical wiring, conducting site assessments, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will work closely with team members to provide exceptional customer service during and after installations.
About You
Required:
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in solar panel installation.
- Background in solar energy or construction.
