About the Role
As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar PV racking systems, panels, and inverters, performing electrical wiring, conducting site assessments, collaborating with project teams, troubleshooting systems, and assisting in system commissioning.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in solar panel installation.
- Training will be provided for those without prior experience.
