About the Role
As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for responding promptly to inquiries, conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, overcoming objections, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will also update CRM systems and customize demonstrations to highlight relevant features for prospects.
About You
Required:
- Proven inside/outside sales experience in industries such as Automotive, Construction, and Remodeling.
- 1-2 years of closing experience.
- Ability to self-generate business through various techniques.
- Strong phone and in-home presence.
- Proficient with CRM systems and video conferencing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation in the form of your own vehicle.
- Cell phone with data plan.
- Effective listener with strong presentation capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
