- Proven experience with precision soldering on small surface-mount components.
- Familiarity with electrical testing methods and standards.
- Ability to work effectively under magnification and maintain attention to detail.
- Understanding of ESD-safe practices and IPC workmanship standards.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
