About the Role
As a Solo Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive health assessments, diagnosing and treating mild to complex illnesses, and providing therapeutic interventions such as splinting and suturing. You will work independently in a mobile unit, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication with patients and their families. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and involves driving to patients' homes to provide care.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or related fields.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Nationally board certified and current BLS/ACLS certification.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Graduate with an advanced degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience in providing care in non-traditional or smaller spaces.
