Summary

About the Role
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing architecture artifacts, aligning business technology strategy with application development, providing architecture review and design support, and leading software selection efforts. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to design systems that meet business strategies and contribute to business process improvements.
About You
Required:
- 13+ years of proven experience, with at least 6+ years in Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Business Architecture methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce C360 platform, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, and Heroku.
- Experience with Agile Development Methodology.
- Proficient in ITIL and familiar with data quality management concepts.
Preferred:
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience in Predictive and/or Generative AI technologies.
- A related technical degree.
