Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Solution Architect, ServiceNow to join their Digital Nexus technology organization in Grand Rapids, MI. The role involves collaborating with clients to develop solutions within the ServiceNow framework and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Role
As a Solution Architect, ServiceNow, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, designing scalable solutions, building integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and creating comprehensive technical documentation. You will also stay updated with emerging technologies related to ServiceNow solutions.
About You
Required:
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with ServiceNow, specializing in end-to-end employee workflows and digital HR experiences.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including HR Case Management and Lifecycle Events.
- Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow CAD, and Certified Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) Professional.
- Experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM.
- Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions.
