About the Role
As a Solution Engineer, you will partner with clients and internal teams to create multi-product technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include business problem solving, innovation management, and delivering customized software demonstrations. You will also be involved in discovering customer needs and positioning Salesforce solutions to meet their business objectives.
About You
Required:
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
Preferred:
Salesforce Certifications.
Previous experience as a solution/sales engineer for a CRM company or similar technology.
Basic programming experience in HTML and other web-based technologies.
