- BS or MS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering fields.
- 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, HVAC system design, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in HVAC/R technology, including RTUs and Kitchen Exhaust Systems.
- Experience with VRF Heat Pump Systems.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and relevant energy regulations.
- Professional certifications such as CEM, LEED AP, or PE license.
