AiPrise is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their Go-to-Market team in New York, NY. The role involves being the primary technical voice in the sales process, bridging the gap between the Verification platform and the business challenges of prospective customers.
About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will partner with Account Executives in all pre-sales activities, lead technical discovery sessions, design and deliver product demonstrations, and respond to technical inquiries in RFIs and RFPs. This role is critical in influencing sales success and product direction, requiring a passion for AI technology and problem-solving.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions/Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Solid understanding of APIs (REST, gRPC) and experience with API integration tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A problem-solving mindset and a natural curiosity for technology.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
