Summary
Poolside is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) SOUTH EMEA to join their remote team. The role involves driving technical solutions and value by bridging customer needs with Poolside's technical capabilities.
About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions. You will own technical conversations, bridge customer needs with product capabilities, research market trends, and represent Poolside at industry events. The role requires regular travel for on-site customer engagements.
About You
Required:
- Strong empathy and ability to understand diverse customer perspectives.
- Excellence in remote collaboration, with a commitment to transparency and accountability.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical pre-sales.
- Computer Science degree and/or substantial engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders and changing variables.
- To be a French Native speaker.
Preferred:
- Engineering or pre-sales background in AI/ML.
- Deep understanding of AI fundamentals, from neural networks to large language models.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI coding platforms, including direct usage and API integration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the generative AI landscape, particularly in software engineering.
- Strong grasp of both developer needs and enterprise requirements for AI-powered software engineering solutions.
