RightWay ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Piscataway, NJ. The role involves providing center-based and in-home ABA therapy for children ages 2-17 years old.
About the Role
As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for observing patients, assessing their behavior, and developing individual treatment plans. You will collaborate with families, teachers, and doctors to discuss treatment progress and recommend strategies to address behavioral issues. Your role will also include administering treatment, tailoring interventions, and advocating for the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities within society.
About You
Required:
Proven work experience as a BCBA or similar role.
Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures.
Excellent verbal and report writing skills.
Calm, empathic, and patient nature.
The ability to remain composed and adhere to best practices, even under duress.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a BCBA.
