About the Role
As a Sourcing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) Services Expert, you will lead the planning, negotiation, and execution of IFM service agreements across hard and soft services. You will drive cost efficiency and performance improvements while managing the entire contract lifecycle and collaborating with various teams to achieve commercial outcomes. Your role will also involve managing multiple high-impact projects and using data analytics to validate savings and supplier performance.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial, category management, procurement, sales, or account management role within Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related industry.
- Strong background in structuring and managing contracts for integrated FM services.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of the US FM services market and provider landscape.
- Demonstrated project management capability, from planning through successful delivery and continuous improvement.
