- 8+ years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience in the Medical Device industry.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and collaborate effectively.
- Proven experience managing a Direct Spend category such as raw materials and components.
- Experience working with Contract Manufacturing.
- Strong project management skills.
- Catheter based medical device experience.
- Continuous improvement experience and experience with building new processes.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in ill-defined environments.
- Excellent business partner engagement skills.
- Global experience.
