About the Role
As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating commercial terms, establishing MSAs with large consulting vendors, running RFP processes, and driving strategic sourcing initiatives. You will focus on large deal sizes ranging from $500K to $10M, with an emphasis on strategic negotiations and supplier strategy in categories such as Consulting, Finance/Advisory, and BPO.
About You
Required:
- Experience negotiating large professional services deals, particularly with consulting firms.
- 2-3+ years of dedicated professional services category experience.
Preferred:
- Background working with consulting firms or sourcing consulting/professional services engagements.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex SOWs, including Time & Materials, Fixed Price, and Gainshare/shared models.
