About You
- High School education or GED.
- Graduate of a culinary arts or apprenticeship program.
- Minimum of two years Sous Chef/food service management experience.
- Current ServSafe Food Handler certificate.
- Valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
- Three years additional supervisory experience in a high volume food service capacity.
- Previous experience with Food Services in Antarctica.

Gana-A’Yoo, Limited (Gana-A’Yoo) is an Alaska Native Village Corporation (ANC) established in 1978 as a result of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
